We are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with autism, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

– Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs

– Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational programmes

– Monitor and assess student progress

– Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

– Implement strategies to support children with autism spectrum disorder
